BIXBY'S FISHING CHARTERS EVENTS

Set sail for bragging rights, big catches, and pirate glory at Bixby’s Hook N’ Cook Fishing Tournament, taking place Sunday, August 16, 2026, in Custom Seas in Sea of Thieves. This special angling showdown invites five teams of two to test their fishing skills, teamwork, cooking instincts, and high-seas strategy in a fast-paced competition where every cast could be the one that changes the leaderboard.

Each crew will head out to a starting point laid out by the Gato Wheel of Luck with one goal in mind: hook the most fish on the list, cook it to perfection, and prove they have what it takes to become the tournament’s top anglers. Whether you’re chasing trophy catches, planning the perfect route, guarding your haul from rival pirates, or trying not to burn your prize fish over the stove, Hook N’ Cook is built for friendly competition, laughter, and a little bit of chaos on the open sea.

The tournament is open to exactly five two-person teams, so communication and crew chemistry will be just as important as fishing know-how. Anglers will need to work together to locate prime fishing spots, manage bait and supplies, cook catches properly, and return with a haul worthy of the Hook N’ Cook name. Expect a lively mix of patience, quick decision-making, and pirate mischief as teams compete to outfish and outcook the rest of the fleet.

At the end of the event, the winning team will claim the grand prize: $50 per angler and a tournament trophy to commemorate their victory. More than just a fishing contest, Bixby’s Hook N’ Cook is a chance to gather your crewmate, sharpen your hooks, fire up the galley, and make a memorable run at Sea of Thieves fishing fame. Spots are limited, the seas are waiting, and only one crew will sail away as champions.

Catch all the fish on the target list within the time allowed

Fish must be cooked to perfection

All fish must be turned in Hunters Call Only

No extra points will be given for fish not on the list or in excess of target fish

Extra points will be added for Meg encounters

All fish must be sold by the end of 2.5 hours and the

team who has the most points towards 70K at the end of the 2.5 hours wins!
